Bio:- My research group uses computational approaches to study problems in cancer evolution and gene regulation, especially based on image analysis of H&E, spatial transcriptomic, and multiplex protein data. I am Deputy Director and co-program leader of The Jackson Laboratory Cancer Center, as well as faculty advisor to JAX's Computational Sciences department. In addition to my lab's individual research studies, I am the PI of the NCI Moonshot PDXnet Data Commons and Coordination Center and am also active in the PIVOT Pediatric Cancer Testing consortium and the NIH Senescence Network consortium.
