Bio:- Tiffany I. Leung, MD, MPH, FACP, FAMIA, FEFIM is Scientific Editorial Director for JMIR Publications, and Adjunct Associate Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Leung is a practicing telemedicine physician with U.S. board certifications in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics; she is also a registered physician in The Netherlands. She is a Director for the American Medical Informatics Association's Board of Directors, and serves as a member of the inaugural Journals/Publications Task Force for the Encoding Equity Alliance, an initiative of the U.S. Council of Medical Specialty Societies. She also has served in past volunteer leadership roles for the American College of Physicians, Society of General Internal Medicine, and more recently is a mentor in programs of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers and the Society for Scholarly Publishing.
